HotshotUnited is an operating platform for hotshot trucking owner/operators, small carriers, and drivers. The product is focused on the real daily work: onboard drivers, keep driver files organized, protect rate confirmations, document broker evidence, communicate inside the portal, and build a hotshot-specific loadboard path.
Our position
Enterprise onboarding software is built for large fleets. Generic load boards are built for everyone. HotshotUnited is being built for the gap between those products: a small hotshot carrier that needs compliance, documents, load activity, and driver communication to work together.
Carrier-first
Owners control what drivers see, which documents require signatures, what rate-con details are redacted, and how driver evidence is preserved.
Driver-aware
Drivers need a simple portal to view assigned loads, sign required documents, reply to messages, and keep their own records accessible.
Hotshot-specific
The workflow centers on hotshot flatbed equipment, 16k-class decision points, DOT records, small fleet reality, and lane-based load discovery.
What we are building toward
- A legal loadboard aggregation path using permitted integrations instead of restricted scraping.
- Driver and owner document workflows with audit trail, viewed status, and signature receipts.
- Owner-controlled rate confirmation redaction before driver sharing.
- Support content that answers carrier, driver, billing, document, and Bailout questions in public.
- Bailout-ready intake for qualifying drivers with 2024 or newer trucks stuck in a shop, subject to signed agreements.
