Carrier billing is based on active driver seats. Terminated and archived drivers do not count. The owner-driver counts only when actively driving under the business.

Developer-friendly board integrations come first. HotshotUnited will not build the product on DAT or Truckstop scraping.

Bailout-ready driver intake

For 2024 or newer trucks stuck in a shop, Driver Pro prepares the intake path for title or lender information, temporary power-of-attorney paperwork, key-copy handling, mechanic details, approval review, repayment schedule, and signed default terms. Assistance is approval-only and any default or forfeiture terms must be disclosed in the signed agreement before work begins.

  • Truck must be 2024 or newer.
  • Driver submits lender/title, key, mechanic, shop, and payoff details.
  • HotshotUnited review and repayment agreement are separate from the subscription.
  • No bailout funds or shop release support starts without signed documents.
